Elevator-type Chamber Furnace

Applications

  • Solubilisation solution (T4).
  • Maturation aging (T5).
  • Annealing.
  • Stress relief.
  • General treatment of steels and other alloys up to a maximum temperature of 600°C.

T4 installation

  • Elevator type chamber furnace, with a guillotine-type door at the bottom with horizontal movement, for loading /unloading.
  • Lower carriage equipped with loading and unloading area and water or polymer quenching tank.
  • Fully automatic installation

Self-supporting carriage for load and quenching tank

  • The carriage is made up of a metal structure reinforced to withstand the stresses and weights of the load and quenching tank.
  • As many agitators/stirrers as required to ensure the uniformity of the water temperature during shutdown.
  • Longitudinal movements are carried out by a gear motor with a rack and pinion.
  • The tank includes a pump and aero-cooler to cool water.
