Rotary hearth concept

Parts are conveyed without any device, as charge trays or baskets, Basketless type.

Depending on production capacity requirements, several working levels are provided for loading the parts into the furnace.

Rotary hearth driving with indexing movement, step by step, with only one position for loading and unloading, for complete cycle time.

Main advantages

  • Energy saving due to the fact that any kind of pieces handling elements (i.e. load baskets, trays, etc.) are not used, and consequently it is not needed to heat up them in each cycle.
  • Additional energy saving due to pieces conveying systems (i.e. rollers, belts, chains, etc.) are not used, and consequently loss of energy will be highly reduced.
  • No handling elements are required (i.e. load baskets, trays, etc.) with no capital cost and maintenance for future repairs.

Charging system

One 6-axle robot with fork manipulator, for handling parts from loading position into the furnace.

Heating & recirculation system

It is designed for gas-fired or electrical heating, with one intense forced recirculation fan, to uniform process temperature during soaking process.
